O2C Buy and Sell was founded on April 25, 2001. It is a business entity owned and managed by a single Proprietor Ms. Rochelle A. Otoc. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in management at Southern Christian University, Midsayap, Cotabato. The Business capitalization was started with a loan of 200,000 as start-up capital to buy agricultural products such as rice and corn in just a nearby community.

The Company’s Branches were launched on January 2003, through the effort of its Search of Farm Coordination Officer, Ms. Angelie M. Casan, a graduate of BS In Chemistry in the University of Southeastern Philippines and now enrolling in Doctor in Chemistry of the same university. The Branch offices were located in Bohol, Cebu and Davao and on the same year, the construction of Warehouses was also realized.

Presently, the company is already staring exploring for a possible branch and expansion in China, Beijing and Hongkong.
